Black Obsidian & Hematite Mala

Protection · Grounding · Clarity

Black Obsidian is a powerful stone of protection and deep grounding, helping to absorb negativity and bring hidden patterns into awareness. It supports clarity and release, encouraging a steady, centered presence.

Finished with a Hematite guru bead, this piece is deeply stabilizing and anchoring. Hematite reinforces balance and protection, helping you stay rooted, present, and calm.

Mantra: I am protected, grounded, and clear.

Malas are deeply personal and meant to be chosen with care. Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches—never mass produced. Every bead is individually selected for its quality, color, shape, and cut, honoring the traditional art of mala making while maintaining a refined, modern aesthetic.

Each mala is carefully prepared before it leaves the studio—cleansed, polished, and thoughtfully finished—ready to hold your personal intention or mantra.

Strung and hand-knotted with your choice of cord, this piece is designed to feel both effortless and enduring. Each bead is individually knotted, creating space between stones to support meditation and mantra counting, while enhancing strength, flexibility, and longevity. The result is a mala that drapes fluidly, wears comfortably, and is made to last.

Cord Options

Triple Strand Silk

Smooth and fluid with a soft, natural sheen and a traditional feel. Lightly waxed for durability, offering a graceful drape and refined finish.

Vegan Waxed Nylon

Durable with a slightly more substantial weight, ideal for everyday wear or wrapping as a bracelet. Designed for longevity while maintaining a clean, polished look.

All malas are meticulously hand-knotted using secure, double-compressed knots for lasting durability.

About Mala Beads

Traditionally used in meditation, mala beads are counted in cycles of 27, 54, or 108 repetitions. The larger focal bead, known as the guru bead, marks the beginning and end of your practice.

While malas were originally ritual tools, they have evolved into meaningful pieces that can be worn daily—a quiet, personal reminder of intention, presence, and connection.
