Imperfectly Perfect Weightless Gold Hoop Earrings


These elongated open hoop earrings are individually shaped and forged by hand from exceptionally thin 14K gold-filled wire, creating an airy silhouette that feels almost weightless on the ear.


At approximately 2.125 inches long, they make a graceful statement without the weight of traditional hoops. The wire is intentionally very fine and lightweight—so light they feel like wearing nothing at all. Their long, slender shape catches the light as they move while remaining understated and easy to wear all day.


Each pair is formed individually by hand rather than manufactured from a mold or machine. Subtle variations in the curves, hammered surface, and shape are part of their character—imperfectly perfect and unmistakably handmade. No two pairs will ever be precisely identical.


After forming and forging, the earrings are tumbled to strengthen the wire and bring out a beautiful shine. Because the design is made from such fine wire, the hoops remain naturally flexible rather than rigid. They can gently flex during wear and handling while retaining their elongated shape.

MATERIALS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP

I use only high quality materials and pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the beauty and integrity of your jewelry.


Metals are 14K Gold Filled or Sterling Silver, chosen for their quality and durability, and are shaped and hammered for strength and shine.


Each gemstone is individually selected and carefully matched by hand.


All stones are woven, looped, and wire wrapped to create a secure yet elegant finish.


All components, including ear wires and clasps, are formed from 20 or 22 gauge wire and gently hammered for comfort, balance, and a polished finish.


CARE AND LONGEVITY

Wire wrapped jewelry is delicate by nature and should be handled with care.


STORAGE: Store your piece fastened in the box or pouch provided to prevent tangling.


CLEANING: To clean, use a soft bristled brush with mild soap and warm water, then rinse and gently pat dry. Avoid abrasive polishes and harsh cleaning solutions.
